1. Currency & Monetary Policy Updates
What is the updated exchange rate for Honey?
Under the new currency system, the exchange rate is USD $1 = 600 Honey (previously $1 = 100 Honey).
How are host rewards calculated globally?
Host policy is now unified globally. All host rewards are calculated and issued in Diamonds. Hosts can choose to exchange Diamonds in their wallet or withdraw them directly.
What is the base revenue share for hosts?
All hosts receive a basic revenue share of 35% as long as they generate Diamond income.
What is the streamer cash-out deadline and process?
The updated cash-out deadline for ALL streamers is September 15th. Streamers can contact support@themeetgroup.com to process their cash-out requests.
2. Host Bonus Tiers (S1 – S9)
How do extra bonus percentages work?
On top of the 35% basic revenue share, hosts unlock additional bonus percentages based on their actual monthly Diamond targets. Higher Diamond income unlocks higher bonus tiers.

- Base Revenue Share: 35%
- Tier Bonus Share: Unlocked based on monthly Diamond level (e.g., S4 Level = 20% extra bonus)

No, Hornet Live operates on a flexible, contract-free collaboration model while ensuring top-tier hosts transition seamlessly.
How are VIP users supported?
Official VIP Customer Service channels are established for high-level users to handle relationship management, inquiry resolution, and specialized support.
5. Hornet Livehouse Program & Execution SOP
What is Hornet Livehouse?
Hornet Livehouse is an official stage to showcase quality hosts with fixed official support. It serves as a quality content incubation platform to evaluate talent through complete performances, viewer retention, and follow conversions with no gift threshold or revenue leaderboard.
Key Program Parameters:

Host Incentives:
- Cash / Diamond Rewards: Diamonds rewards at first.
- Traffic Exposure: Official event performance slots, in-event recommendation placements, and high-traffic exposure.
- Recognition: Featured Artist profile frame or similar lightweight recognition.
- Fast-Track: Top hosts earn a return slot in the next event and enter the official Quality Host Pool.
